My Athletic Testing ("we", "us") provides online scheduling for athletic heart screenings performed by screening companies at high schools and colleges. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Student information entered when booking: name, cell phone number, school, and appointment date and time.
• SMS consent: whether the student agreed to receive texts, and the date and time of that choice.
• Staff and athletic director account details: name, email address and role.
• Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• To schedule and manage heart screening appointments.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates to people who opted in to texts.
• To provide reports to the screening company and the student's school.

SMS / text messaging

We only send text messages to mobile numbers whose owners opted in by ticking the SMS checkbox on the scheduling form. Consent is optional and not required to book an appointment.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, START to resubscribe, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How information is shared

Information is shared only with the screening company providing your test and your school, and with service providers that help us run the service (such as hosting and message delivery), who may use it only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect information. Access is limited by role. We keep information only as long as needed for scheduling, reporting and legal obligations, and schools may be deleted along with their appointments.

Students and minors

The service is used by schools to schedule screenings for student athletes. Information is collected for that purpose only and is never used for advertising.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@myathletictesting.com.

Changes
